Today Caitlin met her new cousin for the first time. We had a good appt today at peditrician. Dr said that it was most likely a alergic reaction to the amoxicillian and that it could either happen at the begining of the course or towards the end which it did. There is a picture below of the starting of the rash and you can see how big Dillon's ears got , that was just the begining. He also found a little protein in dillon's urine today but wasn't to concerened yet. He wants Dillon to come back in another month to test him again and if he finds protein in his urine again then it might cause a little concern because then it would mean something is going on with his kidneys.
As for Miss Caitlin she is doing great. She gained 4 oz just in 2 days so she is now 6lbs4oz!!!She is actually 18 1/4 inches long, the home nurse was off just a bit. She got 4 shots today which wasn't fun but she was a real champ. Dr is so happy with her weight gain and how good she is doing. We started adding rice cereal in her bottle today to help a little with her reflux. And guess what!!???!!!?? Caitlin is already getting her two bottom teeth!!!!! I asked the Dr could she be getting her teeth already and he said sometimes yes but normally they get them till about 6 mos of age so he said he would take a look, and he was def suprised , he couldn't believe it but yep looks like the bottom 2 are coming in. !! She is going to be this little girl with teeth, to funny lol.
Well thats about it to report , we are finally going to go to the cemetery tomorrow to visit Madilyn for the first time since she has been buried and so she can say hello to her sister. I will take a picture and post.
